면접 과정
1차 면접은 ANC 학원에서 진행되며, 지원자 5명이 한 조로 입장하여 디스커션 후 개별 질문이 이어집니다. 디스커션 주제로는 중동 문화, 한국 음식, 한국의 최근 이슈 등이 포함됩니다. 개별 질문은 주로 이력서 기반으로 진행됩니다. : 참고로 학원 출신우대가 아닙니다. 1차 면접만 진행 대행이므로 학원 출신아닌 지원자들도 동일한 기회가 주어지고 실제 많이 채용되었습니다.

파이널 인터뷰
디스커션은 처음에는 12명, 나중에는 24명이 참여하며, 주제는 평이한 질문들로 구성됩니다. 예를 들어, “1000달러가 있다면 무엇을 할 것인지”, “사우디에 오게 된다면 무엇을 준비할 것인지” 등이 있습니다. 디스커션에서는 영어 실력과 태도, 경청 능력이 중요하게 평가됩니다.
그루밍 체크는 개인별로 진행되며, 키, 몸무게, 스카 체크가 포함됩니다. 이때 미소와 승무원 다운 자세를 유지하는 것이 중요합니다.
파이널 인터뷰는 면접관 3명과 지원자 5명으로 진행되며, 자기소개와 관련된 질문이 포함됩니다. 지원자는 전공, 나이, 서비스 경험, 결혼 여부 등을 포함한 자기소개를 준비해야 합니다.
